Edunet SwiftEnrol

The Edunet SwiftEnrol automates the inputs required on a Chromebook to successfully enrol (or re-enrol) the Chromebook into a specific tenant via Enterprise Enrolment. 

Similar to a USB Rubber Ducky or a DIY micro-controller, the SwiftEnrol mimics the keyboard inputs required to re-enrol a Chromebook in the Google Admin Console.

Using the SwiftEnrol Configuration App, you can set the Wi-Fi network and service account details required to enrol a Chromebook via Enterprise Enrolment. 

You also have the option to install the same configuration to multiple SwiftEnrol devices as well as including additional steps for ADFS SSO (Azure Directory Federated Services, Single Sign On). 

Once the SwiftEnrol USB device has been configured, simply plug the device into a prepared Chromebook. Once it has completed the Enterprise Enrolment, the SwiftEnrol can be removed and plugged straight into the next Chromebook. The enrolment process takes around two minutes with no user inputs.


  • How does it work?

    Once you receive your purchased SwiftEnrol devices, you 

    1. Download the Configuration App.
    2. Enter your Wi-Fi network details and  the service account and password information for your Google tenant into the App.
    3. Insert the SwiftEnrol device to upload your configuration. In a couple of seconds the SwiftEnrol is ready to go. 
    4. Insert the configured SwiftEnrol devices into the Chromebook’s USB port and let it handle the rest.

  • How many do I need?

    It depends! For one technician, 5 SwiftEnrol devices is usually sufficient. Once you have the fifth Chromebook started, the first one should be finishing. 

  • Does it matter what brand the Chromebooks are?

    Not at all! As long as it is running the latest ChromeOS version, the SwiftEnrol will work for your brands and models.

    The SwiftEnrol will also work on devices running the latest Chrome FLEX OS. 

  • How secure is my data?

    Your Wi-Fi and account credentials are not stored in the APP. It is only installed on the devices you configure. We don't store or have access to any of the configuration data you enter.

  • Is the SwiftEnrol locked to a single domain?

    No, unlike other similar products, the SwiftEnrol is not locked down. That makes it perfect for supporting multiple schools and tenants.


    It can also be used by corporate and small businesses that use managed Chromebooks within Google Workspace.
