COVID-19 Update: How to Log Warranty or Insurance Claims During School Closure
As the situation with COVID-19 develops, we will continue to ensure your student's device is in working order. Their ability to study remotely in this crisis is important to us.
If your school is closed, our Victorian office is already prepared to accept all warranty and insurance repairs, although we won't be able to perform them on-site.
Due to this unique circumstance, we are limited in assisting with any software related issues and will have to direct you to your school's intranet. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
